Condominiums and Townhomes

These avenues of real estate can make an excellent "middle ground" purchase. Although not a detached single family home, condominiums and townhomes offer attributes consistent with vacation home / investment home ownership. A townhouse by definition is a home that is attached to one or more other houses, but which sits directly on a parcel of land that you also own (if you don't own the land, it is a condominium). Condominiums can be constructed side -by-side or on top of one another, whereas townhouses can range from duplexes and triplexes all the way to huge townhouse communities consisting of hundreds of similar homes. There is a good degree of variance in the way townhouse or condominium community are structured. In any condominium or townhouse purchase that involves a Homeowners' Association, it is vitally important to get as much information as you can, since the association can have a considerable impact on your ownership experience. We are more than happy to guide you through the process. E-mail us or submit your condominium or townhome criteria.
